Our scrapbook notes about Brussels

The capital of Belgium and a city split between French and Flemish customs. However, don't expect to have to know both languages as English is as commonly heard here. Belgium is known for it's wide range of languages and nationalities, with an array of international schools and international embassies. Brussels is a city of fine food, great nightlife, art and architecture. With the invention of the Eurostar, the city is becoming widely accessible for tourists but also businesses alike. It's great assembly of world wide business is growing, and that's not only in the chocolate market....Be sure to check out the many beer taverns, the growing spread of comic and pop-art exhibitions and also the Manneken Pis who apparently changes costume everyday.
